Machine Shop Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervises and leads machine shop personnel.
  • Works approximately 50% performing individual trade work on parts orders.

  • Must possess 2+ years of vocational training or a technical diploma in CNC machining processes and programming plus at least 5+ years of work experience as a machinist OR have a minimum of 7+ years of overall experience working with CNC machining processes and programming in a Machine Shop environment including the ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years functioning in a Supervisory or Leadership capacity in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent leadership and decision making skills.
